Midweek Meetup: Week of February 12

Verse of the Day~

After this Jesus went out and saw a tax collector named Levi, sitting at the tax booth. And he said to him, “Follow me.” And leaving everything, he rose and followed him. (Luke 5:27-28)

Prayer~

Jesus, You call me to follow You. It’s not always convenient. It’s not always what I want to do. But get me up anyway, and move my feet to You.  Amen.

Meeting Jesus ~ Is Jesus calling you to greater commitment? If you would like to explore church membership or baptism, for yourself or your children, please meet with Pastor MJ after worship this Sunday, in the Church Library.

Meeting Friends ~ Junction Kids starts TODAY, February 12. If you have any last minute families (kids preK-5th grade) interested, please tell them to just come at 4:30 p.m. today and we’ll get them signed up as they arrive. Kids are learning all about the Lord’s Prayer this spring. It’s going to be great!

Sharing Hope ~ Thanks to everyone who has shared coats, hats, gloves, and blankets. Your donations arrived just in time for the warming shelter to open last night. We’ll continue taking your donations through Sunday.
