Verse of the Day~

“Nebuchadnezzar said, “Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who has sent his angel and delivered his servants who trusted in him. They disobeyed the king’s command and yielded up their bodies rather than serve and worship any god except their own God. (Daniel 3:28)

Prayer~

God, give us the same courage you have Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, to bow down and worship nothing and no one other than You. Amen.

Meeting Jesus ~  Our “True North” Vacation Bible School happens July 20-24, but planning has already begun. Please join Aricka and other leaders this Sunday, after worship, as they meet to prepare.

Meeting Friends ~ As believers, we grow stronger in faith together. That’s why small groups and Bible studies matter.  Join us for our new Sunday morning study, “He Chose the Nails,” led by Jerry Chambers at 9 a.m. in the Cranson Room. It’s all about Jesus and the cross as we come to truly appreciate His sacrifice there.

Sharing Hope ~ Any bakers out there? We are sending cookies to the 2nd Grade Team at La Junta Primary during the month of April when they are in charge of school-wide climate. Bring your baked goods on any Sunday in April, and we’ll deliver them to the school the next day.
