Jesus, So many families are hurting and in need of hope. They’re lost. Find them, Jesus. Use us to help You, and we’ll celebrate with You when they’re found. Amen.

Meeting Jesus ~ The kids just kept coming and coming. We planned to welcome 30 kids to SCUBA Vacation Bible School. We hoped for 40, and we’ve registered 51. Yea God! And thanks to everyone who got the word out. Please keep these kids and families in your prayers these last couple of days, praying that they see Jesus and want to know Him more and more.

Meeting Friends ~ Our annual Picnic & Pool Party Our annual picnic and pool party is this Sunday. We will meet at Potter Park at 5:30 for the picnic. The church will provide drinks. Please bring a main dish, side dish, or dessert to share, as well as your table service (plate, utensils). We’ll head to the Wipe Out to swim as soon as the gates open for us at 6:30 p.m. 

Sharing Hope ~ We have reached out to the La Junta Primary and Intermediate Schools to see how we can help them start the year strong. We will keep you posted as we hear back. In the meantime, let’s keep the teacher, administrators, and parents in our prayers as they get ready to welcome students again.
