Midweek Meetup: Week of April 29

Verse of the Day~

“When you are brought before synagogues, rulers and authorities, do not worry about how you will defend yourselves or what you will say, for the Holy Spirit will teach you at that time what you should say.” (Luke 12:11-12)

Prayer~

Jesus, Sometimes words escape me. When I’m stressed or confused or angry or sad, help me trust the Holy Spirit to supply the words that I can’t. In Your name, Amen.

Meeting Jesus ~ 

It’s another great Sunday morning coming up at First Church, as we gather to celebrate the Lord’s Supper and receive our newest member, Nate Clem. Our preacher is Jerry Chambers, sharing a message on the Holy Spirit and sanctification. We’ll gather for a Fellowship Time afterwards.

Meeting Friends ~ 

ELEVATE Youth Fellowship (6th-12th grade) celebrates the end of the year this Sunday night at 6:30 p.m. Don’t miss the party as we bid adieu and pray blessing on our graduating seniors!
