Verse of the Day~

“Who are you?” they asked. “Just what I have been telling you from the beginning,” Jesus replied. “I have much to say in judgment of you. But he who sent me is trustworthy, and what I have heard from him I tell the world.” (John 8:25-26)

Prayer~

Jesus, some days I have trouble knowing Who You are to me. Are You just a historical figure? Or my friend? Or my Savior? Or all these things? Help me know You always as my Lord, because I pray in Your name, Jesus. Amen.

Meeting Jesus ~

"My dear Wormwood..." are the first three words of C. S. Lewis' classic The Screwtape Letters, a fictional collection of letters from senior devil Screwtape to his nephew Wormwood, as he tries to tempt a man away from Christ. Judgmentalism, pride, superstition, despair, self-centeredness, sex, gluttony, boredom--all the best temptations are covered, and we'll explore just some of them during the Season of Lent. Pick up your weekly devotional materials this Sunday and get ready.

Dude Club is our twice monthly Men’s Group. The guys meet tonight, February 11, at 7 p.m., for discussion of their trip through the Bible this year. The group is open to all men in the church and community, so feel free to give it a try.

Sharing Hope ~
